These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Service Engine website at https://aiserviceengine.com ("Website") and the AI voice agent, automation, and tooling services provided by AI Service Engine ("Services"). By using our Website and Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Services

AI Service Engine provides AI-powered voice agents, process automation, and custom AI tooling for businesses. Our Services include but are not limited to: AI receptionist and missed call capture agents, workflow automation, CRM integrations, and custom-built AI tools.

2. Service Agreements

Each engagement is governed by a separate service agreement or statement of work that outlines the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. We use Stripe to process payments securely. Late payments may result in suspension of Services. Refund policies are outlined in your individual service agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Any custom AI agents, automations, or tools we build for you are owned by you upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Our proprietary frameworks, templates, and methodologies remain the property of AI Service Engine.

5. Data and Privacy

We process your business data, including call recordings and customer information, solely to deliver the Services. 6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our AI voice agents and automated systems. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance and updates will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Service Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Upon termination, we will provide you with all your data and assist with transition.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

10. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes via email.
